The media could not be loaded. I got the product today the packaging was good & brand new but when I checked I noticed that even after rotating the lower part the stick part is not coming out of the upper part & the upper surface of the stick looked scratch. This is the first time I ordered non refundable makeup product I got one mars primer which is just fine.but this one is defective. I'm really disappointed. There's no use of this foundation now. Waste of money for me.now I will think twice before ordering makeup product from amazon
