How does this model (C3220) compare to C5220? what's the difference?

The C3220 has a slightly shorter cord and nothing to disconnect from the volume control or headset. It is slightly less comfortable and does not block out ambient noise as well as the C5220 for the wearer. But, the microphone actually seems to work better on the set I received as it blocks out a lot more ambient noise for the person on the other end of the conversation than the C5220. Because it blocks out more noise to the person on the other end I use my C3220 regularly and keep the C5220 as backup. I hope that was helpful.

Can i use two of these headsets at the same time on the same laptop (two people using same laptop for a zoom meeting)?

I can only speak for Windows, but I suspect it is the same for Mac and Linux, but, short answer is no. It really depends on the program you are using and the drivers it is using. Windows itself cannot output sound to two separate audio devices at the same time. You will want to test the program you are trying to use (Zoom, Meetings, Teams, etc.) to make sure you can output to two separate audio devices at the same time. I'm sure there is some program out there that can act as an in-between to catch the audio coming out of a program and duplicate it across several audio devices, but I am not aware of it.

I have a 2014 macbook air which has usb 3 port. will this work?
