When I received my crêpe myrtle, they were extremely small and did not look all that healthy but I thought you buy plants online. Sometimes they aren’t what they look to be. I was wrong. They have grown very vigorously ever since they were planted. Planted them at the wrong time of year and as of this point a year and a half later, they’re easily 4 feet tall started out about 6 inches. Well worth the money.

After reading some of the reviews I placed this order cautiously. And then when I realized they’d been delivered yesterday and had been in the hot sun all morning, my expectations were very low. But they’re beautiful! Healthy! Soil is still moist! I have started Crepe Myrtles from cuttings before but with it being already July, I wanted a jump on them to get past the rooting stage. Exactly what I ordered! Leafy, green, each about a foot tall. Thank you!

From the day these plants were opened out of the box in September, to now, in June, these plants have been horrible. They arrived with brittle branches (1 or 2), nothing short of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. We still gave them a chance, and watered them regularly, placed them in the appropriate lighting and growing conditions, as were appropriate for our other Natchez crape myrtles. When they arrived it was not abnormal to think they were dormant but with some tlc they would reawaken to what would otherwise be their normal splendor. Wrong. They stayed as frail and brittle as the day they arrived. The seller has poor customer service. After sending us along a trail of endless questions, providing him with photo evidence, he then miraculously “recalled” his “30-day policy”. Do not buy from this seller. Do not trust his plants will develop into beautiful crape myrtles. They will not. Waste of money for the purchase, for the watering, and a waste of time.

We love how well packaged and how quickly our trees arrived! Each container had saran wrap over the pot to keep the soil inside. We transplanted to larger pots to grow some before we plant in their forever spot. Thanks Crape Myrtle Guy!! His included care and planting instructions were very welcome, and he has been quick to respond by text to all our questions. Awesome seller & product!!

Tiny for price. I should have went to my local nursery to get more mature trees. They are still alive after two months but have not grown at all. The leaves are not bright green but still appear to be alive. For how fast my other crape myrtles grow I’m wondering why they seem to be dormant in June.

I was impressed that the order arrived sooner than expected. The plants were in perfect condition. They were very green and healthy and larger than expected. A planting guide and cup cozy are included!
