Should have known better than to purchase a product from India. Already knew my external hard drive had issues, but this Stellar recovery software is advertised to side-step drive corruption to be able to retrieve/"recover" your data and IT DOES NOT. Recovery continues to get "hung up" and does not download "recover" all data. I just wasted nearly $54 USD, SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

the program didn't work -- when I contacted the seller, they couldn't find my order # and said they couldn't help me -- I paid $29.95 for something I can't use

The card started to tear when I was scratching it. Could not reveal any numbers. Hear are the pics of what happened. Is it possible to get a refund? Please respond. Thank You.

Need the code? well, you may find that the protective film is too thick and the cardboard is too thin while trying to get to my code I scratched right through. It took five minutes just to get everything on the immediate right and as I was moving down to the left and finally seeing numbers the card just kind of gave out. It’s not like I was pressing hard on it or going crazy, I was I was scratching it same way you would scratch a scratch ticket. Amazon support did nothing to help nor did intercom support when it came to trying to get the package picked up for a refund so now I’m out $73 due to taxes and what not and I have nothing to show for it.

Seller late to advice physical delivery would.not possibly happen due to pandemic. But still happy to received electronic downloadable version. Appriciate if you can still send me the Physical Box and CD. Working with my damage Flash Drive... still I have not tested on corrupted External HD.

It did't recover my videos

I received a card that has a scratch-off area to reveal the product key for this software. I scratched with a coin, the paint is so glued to the card that it doesn't reveal the product key. I scratched it harder and the card paper start to damage. Since I couldn't get the key, this purchase is absolutely a waste of money, absolutely a terrible experience, I asked for a replacement, but amazon just sent me straight to refund. I want the software to fix my files, but if you can't even get a simple product key printed right on a piece of paper, how can I trust you to fix my problem.
