My turtle refused to eat these pellets.

Always soak & soften before serving to pet
Always soak in water for at least 2 hours BEFORE giving to the turtle. A turtle I knew died after eating this, because it got stuck in the intestine. ALWAYS soak & soften before giving. They should mention this in 'method of use'. Otherwise it's ok.
