I looked at a few different ones of these and decided on this one. The positions for push ups lets me get to all the different muscle areas and much easier on the hands. The resistance bands options is amazing and not those wimpy bands I had in the past. These seem like they can make it through my level of use and abuse thankfully! I am generally not easy on exercise equipment, so I have to buy better quality if I expect it to last. The bar is easy to use. I didn’t think I would use everything but I did. I wish Amazon let you follow sellers because would like to keep track for other items they come up with. You will not regret this one. I workout daily in the morning before work and sometimes after work. I am going to be 50 this year and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life. This will help for those muscles I need to work on which is so important

Overall, this is great. You can do a wide variety of different work outs and you definitely can feel it when you do it! The only issue I have with this set is that some of the pieces are a bit cheaply made. The ankle straps, for example, look great and useful but when attached to the stretch bands will easily rip off unless they are velcroed a certain way. Even then, they are mildly uncomfortable againt bare skin so I would recommend wearing leggings or long pants if you’re going to use them. The other piece that I notice some issue with are the resistance bands (not entirely sure what the technical name is). They definitely pack their punch but in the few weeks I’ve been using them, you can see where they start to stretch out and lose some of their resistance faster than you’d like. When comparing the red ones that I’ve been using to the black one that I haven’t used as much, there’s a clear length difference between the two. Obviously I expected this to happen as nothing can stay in perfect condition while being used regularly but I didn’t expect them to start to wear so soon after getting them. Otherwise, the set is great and provides a wide variety of different workouts to do.

The push up board and all the items it brought are amazing. Not only was I able to incorporate a good workout at home, but I was able to target each muscle group with ease. The quality of the board is sturdy and able to take the constant use and the bands give great resistance for a great workout. Highly recommend it!
