Brutally honest review coming. Bought this grinder as a pair with my Delonghi Dedica EC890. Good coffee grinders are notoriously expensive yet this fit my bill rather easily. Comes in good packaging and has an ergonomic form factor. Comes with a collection vessel for coffee grounds as well as two fittings to accommodate either a 51 or 58 mm portafilter to grind the beans directly into it. Easy to clean and includes a bellow pump sort of arrangement on top of the bean hopper to blow out any stuck grinds, ensuring all the grinds end up in usage which in my opinion is good for grinding coffee in batches/single dosing rather than filling up the hopper with coffee beans all at once. Coming to the grinding capabilities I would say it performs rather well noting it works marginally better with lighter roast. With darker roasts more fines a formed leading to channeling and uneven extraction which can very well be observed with a bottomless portafilter. For the price you pay, it works wonderfully and is easy to use, a good choice for beginners like myself. Various grinds can be used to brew coffee as you please. The burr should be cleaned regularly to ensure proper functioning of the grinder.

The grinder with various grind levels and ease of grinding different volumes as per need is a great value. The machine overall is super easy to use and does it well. I would recommend if ur looking for an all in one grinder with good quality.

The only positive about this grinder is its sleek look. Unfortunately for me, the grinder reached just a day before I had to leave for a month. On return, when I tried it, the grind size was coarse even on the finest setting. Contacted customer service and they asked for a video which I sent. Then they went completely silent and eventually I had to reach out to Amazon Customer Service who were very helpful. Went through their process wherein they raised a ticket on the seller and when there was no response to that too, Amazon initiated a return. Got my money back. Which is why I buy only on Amazon. I know that when the supplier acts truant, Amazon has my back.

The grinder works very well. It is simple to use and very compact. Unfortunately there was no user manual along with the product. But the customer service team was prompt enough to share link for it.

The Product gives an Option to use Portafiltr directly. But even if it's a single-shot or double-shot portafilter. The minimum grind time you can set is so high that it will always overflow the portafilter. Also, even if you choose the minimum number of cups. SO, with Minimum grind time and minimum Cup number, the portafilter overflows. So the feature of directly collecting ground into the Portafilter objective gets lost. But otherwise, Great grinder, not worth paying more for that one feature and touchscreen. It looks good. Easy to clean. The noise level is low. Functionality is one-time set. But very disappointed for not able to reduce the grind time enough. I wasted lots of Ground in the beginning. Now I only use the canister, and it's not static free.
