Absolutely the best hair product
The shampoo and conditioner both feels rich and soft in texture and the smell is just bliss. The price is a bit high, but it's high-end quality does justify for what you're paying for. I would definitely recommend this combo. Amazing!

I ordered shampoo plus conditioner but only conditioner came and it’s not refundable

Yes they are better than sunsilk
Using the conditioner and shampoo alone will not benefit you much. Yes they are better than sunsilk, pantene and all the other general shampoos available in the market. This is why I will probably buy this combo again. However, you will need to take care of your hair by applying oil, hair masks and other natural treatments in addition to using these.

Product does not meet label claims
I didn't feel any noticeable thickness/bounce in hair after wash- as claimed by the product. Its just okay to use.
