What is the capacity of the water tank(s)?

The clean water capacity in the main tank is 12.8oz, but it also has a secondary tank that holds 5.2oz more. So 18oz!

My dog is incontinent. Will this absorb puddles of urine and clean the floor effectively? Any recommendations?

No, it doesn’t “pick up” urine. Get the Bissell CrossWave fir that. My pups crossed over the rainbow bridge but I couldn’t live without my CrossWave. The steamer will just push the urine around without sucking it up.
