Very good quality to early to tell but sleeping better👍

It sounds a bit like something from a sci-fi flick, but who am I to say? The sheet comes in a handy 70x200cm size, made from 90% organic cotton and 10% silver fibre. There's an earth wire that plugs into your UK socket, which is supposed to do wonders. The positives? It's comfortable, soft, and breathable, with the added promise of more refreshing sleep and perhaps a more energetic morning. Some folks claim it improves sleep quality by reconnecting you to Mother Earth’s energy. Just plug it in, lie back, and let the magic, or whatever it is, take effect. But it's not all perfect. Some users report feeling no difference or even worse sleep quality. Plus, those tiny silver threads are quite delicate and might not last long. Nevertheless, setting it up is a breeze, and maintaining it is easy. Overall, it's a mixed bag quality-wise, but if you're chasing sweeter dreams, it could be worth trying.

Here is the genuine review you are looking for. This does absolutely nothing for me. I do not sleep deeper/better and my body fatigue is the same. There is no science to back this up. Avoid. Total waste of money and I'm sending back for a refund.

Brilliant everyone with pain should have one of these I an a 71 year old with chronic pain and my pain and movement have been significantly reduced by this grounding mat. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle but it has worked for me.

I am now into my fourth night of using this grounding sheet and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. I have had chemotherapy treatment over the last year including chemotherapy radiotherapy and an operation and for the first time since then using this sheet I have slept through the night and today I am feeling so much better. I will definitely carry on using it and I will be purchasing more for family members! In fact, I will probably buy a grounding mat because the plug they send through has two holes in it which enables you to plug another grounding mat into the spare hole. I think some reviewers have not realised this which is why I mentioning it. I plug the plug direct into a socket and I have one item plugged in it at the moment.
