I have purchased this product twice.First purchase experience was fantastic, purchased during an Amazon deal at sub Rs 900. The game is extremely fun for 5 year olds. It was super hit in a party.This led me to a second purchase at approx Rs 1300 for a gift. Unfortunately this time I got a returned box with 9 marbles missing, the cap (for container of marbles) missing, and the manual missing. As the box was opened after the 10 day return period, I couldn't return the product and had a very unhappy child who was confused why their game was not as good as their cousin's (see my first purchase)The marbles are not available for sale anywhere, so the second purchase is lying idle and useless.To sum up, excellent game but poor customer experience. I request everyone to open their boxes immediately after delivery to check if everything is OK.

I don't like the price because it's too expensive for this quality, incomplete product received yellow ball missing that's showing in the images، and also receive the product with out extra amazon packaging only game box main packaging poor very poor

Not just the kiddo, but the whole family plays it. Its good and sturdy. Safe plastic.

The product quality is good. My kid has been playing hard with it for past 2 months and it is easy to remove and fix each part.
