This product is PHENOMENAL! I suffer from seasonal allergies. This season has been exceptionally uncomfortable. I have been using this device for a week now. Works great for sinus and allergies!

The unit not only supplies saline water in one nose but also removes the saline from within the nasal cavity to fully rinse the sinus area. The nose piece can be rotated in an effort to reverse the flow of saline water. I heat distilled water for 30 seconds in the microwave prior to adding the solution to the supplied saline cartridge. I am always amazed at how much garbage is taken away from the process. I get nice relief for the start of my day. I also use the unit at the end of the day which provides me with nighttime relief so that I can sleep. I think that this is an awesome product and is superior to the other units which only allows for saline to be inserted in only one nostril without the ability to remove the saline. I find it easy to use and I am really satisfied with the purchase.

I like that it’s very easy to use. Only takes about 15 seconds. I didn’t like that some of the solution went down my throat, tho I tried hard to keep it from doing that. Instructions say it can happen tho. Solution goes up one nostril and out the other, so I didn’t really feel any suction to speak of. It’s a fairly large unit…not really good to pack into luggage for traveling, if that’s what you’re wanting it for. It’s just plastic and could crack or break easily. I only used it once so far. I suffer from severe allergies in late spring and summer, so saving it for then and hoping it will do a good enough job for me so that I won’t end up at the doctors office for steroid shots. For the past few years, my eyes itch, burn, and will swell shut every year from outdoor allergens. The allergy clinic suggested I get one of these. Fingers crossed that it will work for me. Have to say that after the one use, I didn’t feel any difference. I sneeze a lot year round, and using the Navage didn’t change that even right after I used it. So I’m guessing I’ll still need steroids this summer.

Life changing!!!

Once I figured out how to use this product, my sinus infection cleared up almost immediately. The instructions are written well with good tips on getting a seal and keeping water from going into my throat. I’m encouraged that I will not have sinus infections in the future. I plan to use Navage whenever I am exposed to a virus.

I was pleased and disappointed at the same time. The device works - but I'm returning it. I was surprised to find that this is like a Keurig - every time you use it you have to throw away a plastic pod that contains nothing but salty water. And these pods cost 50 cents each! Besides this, the device doesn't have rechargeable batteries - who makes stuff with AA batteries any more? Come on, people! You can do better!

This product didn’t work for me. I really wanted it to but once the suction started, I got immediate ear pain. I apparently can’t use this or similar products with suction. The seller was kind enough to accept my return and have been fabulous to interact with, hence 5 stars. The product seemed well built and did what it said. There were no issues with it, just not compatible with my body. I had no reason to think there would be an issue and was afraid that I would need to just toss it.

This is the best way to cleanse sinuses! No mess, no head tilting from side to side. This is my second machine as my first one stopped working after 10+years of use. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent produits, je souffrait d'une sinusite et infection des sinus et avec Sinna et Navage j'ai réussi à régler cela. Ça faisait 5 ans que je vivais avec, les docteurs ont rien fait d'efficace. Tout cela a cause d'une infirmière qui a gratté pour le test de Covid. l'échantillon a ressorti ensanglanté, on va mettre ça sur le manque de formation a l'époque.
