I’m a small content creator and love taking videos. I always had a problem with my phone overheating so this case is the perfect solution for that. The case itself is very robust & feels super strong. The design is very simple and functional. Fits the phone like a glove. The best part is the various attachments that can supplement your photo and videography to give you high quality results. The interchangeable lens mount plates, the cold shoe mounts and provisions to attach their handle makes this versatile all-rounder a hit in my inventory. It is a bit bulky but it makes sense to have that sturdiness when you’re mounting other things on the case. I highly recommend this case.

In the first weekend of I used the Small Rig cage on a tripod as well as handled using one or two handles. Well made, not too bulky, and balanced for smooth shooting. I also purchased the ND Filter and mounting adapter. Perfect for outdoor shooting. Love this set-up overall. The handle mounting system with built in hex wrench and remote shutter trigger are work well and are comfortable to use. The only downside is with the side handle mounted the iPhone's USB C port can be difficult to access for accessories like mics, SD cards, etc. Small Rig sells their own adapter which is too bulky to work with the side handle mounted. You will need to purchase a third party USB C adapter to unlock full functionality.

Small rig has made another excellent product. With handles on cage is very stable, and excellent for filming, remove cage handles and phone is protected in a rigid aluminum case for daily use. Maybe a bit large for people with smaller hands but still manageable. If you are a filmmaker or use your phone to just make snapshots of your kids i highly recommend
