Does this work with the Pro?

The tool carriage is the same on the CAMEO 4 vs CAMEO Pro. This etching tool will work in the Cameo Pro.

How do you load the cuts into the machine

What do you mean by "cuts?" the body? The tool that holds the tips? If the body, it is just like any other "blade" or other accessory you put into the machine. If you mean the tips, you unscrew the silver top loosening it and place the tip in and then tighten the silver top and you're ready to go.
