I took my time and in half an hour the old was of and the new one on . it fit great and the instruction included are very nice , easy to read. I use my grinder with a graphite wheel and the cleaning was done in five minute . just clean with acetone and put the new one on . I will surely buy 2 more set for my two kid as a gift.

I have installed this on my Weber 22" kettle. Guess what, it seals too good so now I don't get enough air comes in. The internal temperature keeps dropping even the bottom and top vents are fully open. I ended up wedging the lid a bit with a piece of wood!! Does anyone find same situation I wonder...
