Best ever chocolate and great customer service
I’ve ordered this chocolate in the past, just for family use. The taste, quality and texture make for a wonderful afternoon treat.Unfortunately, the eleven pound package I ordered in May has been lost in transit. When I contacted the company, they gave me a complete refund.I used that refund to order it again and it looks like it will arrive by 8PM today.The people in the company have always been professional, polite, and interested in shipping a great chocolate. Thank you to them!Yes. The chocolate arrived before 8pm.

Not no melted
This was shipped during a heat wave where it was 100°. It was pat in cold packs, even though it took a few days to get here, it was still in great shape, no melting at all hard to believe in this heat AAA+++ for packing job bubble wrapped insulated ice packs

Excellent For Eating and Cooking
I purchased this enormous block of chocolate from the seller named “World Wide Chocolate”. It arrived quickly, and was very well packaged (including thermal insulating bubble wrap, and 4 cold packs!).If you are wondering about which chocolate to purchase I suggest you check out the callebaut website for a wealth of information about taste, viscosity, and so on.This particular 54% chocolate is, to my taste, neither bitter nor sweet. It works well shaved directly onto vanilla ice-cream, and is also very good consumed with a big glass of milk [way, way better than milk-and-cookies :-) ].My wife uses it for cooking cakes, making icing, and as the key ingredient in peculiar rich chocolate bars called Nanaimo Bars in my part of the world.This is simply one of the best chocolates I’ve ever experienced for eating and cooking. If you love chocolate I suggest you give it a try.Regarding storage - I’ve seen many opinions here on amazon but I suggest you check out the callebaut website’s advice before deciding how to proceed. They advise against refrigerated storage, and explain why.I keep ours in a dark closet, wrapped in it’s shipping packaging, and take out just a pound or two at a time as it is needed.

The chocolate came in perfect condition! Properly wrapped in a way that it didn’t melt. I was very pleased with how well taken care of it came.

This is the best chocolate!
This chocolate is worth it's weight in gold. Melts perfectly, flavor is heavenly and it is pure top quality! It was shipped well and arrived promptly. I will reorder this. Take my advice and for a few dollars pick up a chocolate cutting tool, it will make it easier and safer to break up the chocolate. This chocolate is such a stand out, use it for ganache (easy just melt & add cream) to glaze your cakes , cupcakes, cheesecake, pies & cookies. Great for molten lava cakes. Break into chips or chunks, your choice for excellent chocolate chip cookies. May I add, eat and enjoy, lower calories than milk chocolate and lots of antioxidants. Yes people, it's health food! You can buy with with the assurance it is as good as I said and it is worth every penny. I'd rather have one good bite of great chocolate than a basketful of poor quality chocolate.

Fabulous chocolate for baking and candy-making
Although the large block is somewhat of a pain to break up for use, the taste and texture are worth it. This chocolate is very smooth and velvety, with a rich creamy taste, no "nutty" overtones, no bitterness, just rich chocolate flavor.I've used it in brownies, ganache, and truffles, and it worked well for all three. It also makes a lovely medium thickness enrobing.

I love, love it
I am a pastry chef and this is the best chocolate to use. I love this product so much that I will eat it as is as well as using it for truffles, chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream. The best chocolate ever!!!!!!!
