This cribbage board is absolutely beautiful. The inlaid bloodwood and maple look even better in person, and the craftsmanship is top notch. It’s small, but not too small—perfect size to toss in a bag or bring to work. I’ve been using it on lunch breaks, and it definitely gets attention. People have asked where I got it more than once.The peg storage is a nice touch, and everything fits snugly. Only downside is the case—it does the job, but it feels a little basic compared to how nice the board itself is.Still, the board is what matters most, and this one nails it. Super happy with it overall.

This small sized cribbage board was perfect for our vacation, small, compact and comes in its own case. I do wish a deck of cards would fit into the case, but it still worked out. There are only 60 peg holes, so you have to go around twice, but that’s no problem.

Yes, it's small. But it's certainly playable. And that's what I was looking for, a cribbage board that would fit in my pocket for travel. It's slightly larger than the published size at 4-5/8" x 2-7/8", still I can fit it in my pocket along with a deck of cards quite easily. as some other review mentioned, it would have been nice if the pouch that comes with it had room for a deck of cards, but I repurposed a cloth string-bag that came with something else that fits both in one easy grab-n-go package.I have a full size board by the same maker (House of Cribbage) that my wife and I play on at home. Love the quality and design. So, I was very happy they also make a travel board this small. And even though this one is only a 60 hole board, the track going around the perimeter makes it very easy to go around twice for a normal 121 game.There are only five holes for tracking a match,which is normally first-to-seven. But I doubt we'll be playing full matches on it anyway - because unless it's in one sitting, the pegs have to be put away to pocket it. Nevertheless, I may drill a sixth hole for each player just in case (don't need all seven because once you go past six it's over).Speaking of pegs, naturally enough, they're small, so standard 1/8" pegs will not fit. I did, however, find a website called CribbageSupply that sells some different metal 5/64" mini pegs in several colors that fit nicely, if you want options (the silver and gold that are included can be a little hard to distinguish from each other in certain lights).Nitpicking aside, I love this cribbage board! It will have a permanent home in my carry-on bag and go with me whenever I travel.

This is a really nicely made set. The biggest drawback is that the pegs are really close together and therefore hard to move. We kind of expected this with a travel set, but it's frustrating. Once the pegs are moved, they tend to fall out.

Yes it's small but for travel it's just fine and fits in a purse and can be used on the plane.

Product is made in India. Very well made and attractive. It is about 30% larger than a regular pack of cards. Well made pegs fit comfortably into holes. Pegs are stored under a cover that is held in place with a small magnet. Board comes with a storage pouch that helps keep the cover in place, but I recommend using a rubber band as redundant security to back up the magnet.. The pouch helps to keep the cover in place, minimizing the chances of lost pegs. I plan to keep the board together with cards in a zip-lock baggie to protect from from water damage and to further reduce the chance for lost pegs to almost zero. Item is packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. The board and pegs themselves are so securely wrapped that the item cannot be inspected without destroying the wrapping.

Great quality item. Love that it came with a pouch so we won't lose any pegs. It would fit into a shirt pocket. Great for travel.

If you’re looking for a great pocket size without the cards… this is it!!But if you’re looking for a board that’s easy to maneuver and work with as an older adult but pre-retired keep looking and save yourself the trouble.Beautifully designed board
