I this book, author shared his decades of knowledge in way which is super easy to understand and language used by author is smooth.Self talk is about a way of thinking in which we can make ourselves, our surrounding of our life plays very important role in our life.You will learn the core of our mind and the reason behind what we think in our day to day life.The origin of our thoughts, its not coincidence if a random thought comes in our mind.

A book finally addressing the crux of the matter
Motivational lectures and books never become outdated as long as there are people out there to follow a magic formula that will bring magic in their lives. But in spite of several books and sources, the lasting transformation still remains elusive by following any ideas or techniques prescribed by motivational speaker. Even though a short time change is seen it never translates to a lasting transformation. It remains elusive.The author, I believe, has unearthed the reason why temporary change does not convert to a permanent transformation. The basic premise he arrives is that “The behaviour, expression of a person and the belief he carries about himself such as “I am good at this and not so good at that.” is dependent on the program he has received while he was growing. So, every person grows up with a mental picture about himself. The mental image he forms for himself comes mostly by what he hears from his close circle like parents, relatives, friends and teachers. If a child hears a negative comment about himself and believes it, then his growth in that particular area of comment withers and the child grows with low self confidence in that area. That’s why, for ex., a child who says he is good in music but not in math might have grown up with a comment that “you are good in music but not in math”. Most of the motivational books, and techniques fail because it doesn’t try to remove this past program which a person carries within, instead it gives superficial methods, which does not last long.According to the author, only by changing this pre-program which is present in the subconscious mind and giving the subconscious mind a newer program with what we actually desire to have in your lives, a lasting transformation happens. He gives practical methods by which this can be done. I feel it is a good book that should be read by children and adult alike. The chapters are short and easy to read.I recommend this book to all.

Amazing !
It is actually the most recommend book and I think every one should read it.What I don't like about this book is.. Author has mentioned some affirmation or you can say Self-Talk which will not work out.. In fact, it will turns situation in worse way.. For Example, : I don't smoke..The more you mention NO, DON'T and many more negative statement (Self-Talk) the more you likely to do.Our mind easily accept and attract and do negative things.So when you say, I don't smoke, your mind keep attracting and wanting to smoke.Apart from these kind of examples, the book is truly Miraculous !It will take time to turn your Self-Talk into reality..All you will need is to practice persistently and patiently.

Best self helper
I was searching for book which helps me to think in positive way and speak in that direction. During my search I found this book on amazon. There are people reviewed that print and paper are not in quality. Don't take it for granted, if you love the book you will read and enjoy learning.#It's the only book which I read till now that explains why you should read this book, where rest positive thinking books don't do. It clearly explains and changes the way you think. I think you will enjoy reading it from right from start to end.# The main concept of the book is helping you to be an optimist. It helps you to enjoy every situation in life, like being in traffic and saying I am going to enjoy this. The author described it in clear way to program your mind and attain the results you desire.#I loved a line, which says, "Don't think that you will change overnight". You need to have persistence to change.I believe that I have changed after going through it. Hope it helps you even.

Importance of positive self talk
What author trying to say is amazing. But, book lacks anecdotes and true incident to support it. It looks like one of the theoratical book which is constantly motivating.
