Dr. JK- ToePal Gel Toe Separator, 1 Pair, Clear, Hammer Toe Straightener for ...

These work well. I bought these to straighten my second toes to my big toes. They bend inward when I walk and it has begun to cause pain in a pair of shoes that I wear to work. These straighteners correct the positions of my toes and help to prevent my second toes from turning inward. Due to their restricting my toes from bending the way they want to, these can feel uncomfortable, and even hurt a bit, but that is only because they are doing their job. The instructions suggest to start by wearing the straighteners only an hour at a time. I will like to confirm that is a good suggestion. I can only stand to wear them for about three hours when I’m on my feet. Although, I prefer to keep pain to a minimum and wear these for one to two hours at a time. I haven’t had these for a long time yet and I don’t wear them every day, but in time I think I will increase to every day for two to three hours a day. I really like these. They are perfectly comfortable outside of the pained toes that are not wanting to be corrected. The other thing I’d add is that I tried to sleep with these on my toes, but the silicone material sticks to the bed sheets making it difficult to move around.

Omg, these are EXACTLY what I need. After looking at many different brands, I chose these because they have a longer, rather than short, separator between the toes. These seem to be the only ones made this way. And, yes, it has made a difference. It is loosening the fascia in my toes/feet - I can feel it after I take them off - my toes and feet feel open, relaxed, longer. It's only been a week, but I expect over time, they will begin to straighten. And, I will have some manual therapy on them. That being said, they can be challenging to wear - in a good way. This is true because a set I bought for my husband from Dr. JK is perfect for his yoga toes, but too soft for me. Because of that, this set is working deeper because they are not as soft. After awhile my feet can get achy, or with shoes that are more narrow. Of course, then it's time to take them off. The only missing thing is the pinky toe. On the next round of design, this should be added. Since this is a process, you can't go wrong with using this set.

I have purchased many toe separator/hammertoe devices. Most are not wide enough across the toes or are not strong enough to effect any change. Many are painful, make my toes numb, etc. The ToePals are by far the most effective of all the items I’ve purchased. They are flexible, have a distinct divider between the toes, stay in place, and are strong enough and wide enough to push down the hammertoes. I can wear them for hours without pain. I bought this pair as a backup for the ones I bought last year. They’re too bulky to wear in shoes - for me anyway - but I wear them around the house, could probably sleep in them. The toes do get tired, but I’m gradually increasing the time I wear them.

I needed a toe spacer that was thicker than the small ones I'd been finding at stores and these fit the bill perfectly! My toes curve a little so the regular toe spacers didn't help move my toes so they weren't touching, but these do! These have significantly improved my bunion pain and my podiatrist says my bunion has actually reversed in severity after using these. They're no cure-all or anything magical, but I have noticed significant improvements in my foot comfort so these get two thumbs up from me!

This Gel Toe Separator wasn't right for me as it was a bit too tight and cased my toes to get numbing and cold after a while. However, a few days after I received this product I received an email from the seller who asked me how I like the product. I replied that it is a bit too tight. Without asking for any refund the seller replied to me that they are very sorry about it and will refund me. Only for that I would like to give them 5 stars. I would encourage everyone to try it. The gel is soft and I'm sure work great for others. I was highly impressed with the seller, who is a small family business and would like to support them in any way I can.

They work well to establish uniformity in the “mess” I refer to as toes. RA has left me with claw toes that make it painful to walk, that individually twist in ways one’s toes are not supposed to. These help align toes in a more normal position & help “stretch” the contractures that define the “claw” shape. This stretching feels wonderful.

I bought these toe separators a month ago and they are already tearing. They are soft, easy to put on, they stay on if you are not doing anything, comfortable if you are not doing anything but I have used them to do yoga and they are already tearing apart and they don't stay on. They are easy to wash but some of the gunk that gets on them does not come off. If you want them to correct hammer toes they absolutely won't do the job. I wish I could get a refund but bacause I have used them that is not likely to happen.

These are by far the best item I've ever bought for toe pain &/or realignment. I really didn't have high expectations because I've bought so many different things like this for my toes and I end up cutting part of them off or just tossing them out because my feet are more painful with them than without. But these are amazing. They relieved my toe pain so fast, they're comfortable and my overlapping toes are really beginning to straighten out when I have them off. The first few days I just wore them for shorter periods of time but within a week I wear them around the house whenever I'm home and I wear them to bed at night. Super product!

I purchased these last October and use them almost every night. I was nervous to purchase since the price difference was quite significant compared to other brands but I’m glad I did. Despite being very flexible and soft they provide the perfect amount of stretch between my toes on both feet. I am a women’s size 6.5-7 shoe. I am somewhat careful putting them on and taking them off but a few times I wasn’t and they still held up great. No rips or stains and they always return to the original shape. They are easy to clean as well. I can leave them on most of the night and I am comfortable but even 30 min on makes a difference. It’s such a great feeling. My feet always feel better afterwards and it helps with a nerve issue I have that affects my right leg and foot. I work in emergency services and have been working minimum 12 hr shifts but up to 21 hrs at a time since COVID started and at the end of the day these really help take my foot care one step further. Thank you for making such a great product at an affordable price. I will likely purchase a second pair to keep at work to use on breaks.

I have used many toe spreader in my life since I was in high school. The space between my big toes are quite big but my right foot, the bunion bone is coming out. So I use toe spreader in my shoes to prevent. I bought Medium size for myself, size 9 shoe size-female and got a large for my dad size 15 and his bunions are way worse. Good quality, solid, as well as the space between the big toes are big enough that keeps my toes wife open. I purchased other ones from Amazon but those are soft and do not spread my toes at all. If you want to buy something, buy this one.

In my case, it did not work at all

The Gel Toe Separator appear to be a quality product. I have worn them everyday since they arrived and I find them comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. I purchased this product to aid in pain relief due to bunions; however, In my opinion the spreaders between the middle toe and ring toe and the ring toe and pinky toe are very thin and do not spread the toes apart far enough.

I ordered this a couple of days ago because I liked that the spacer between the big toe & second toe is thicker than other ones I’ve seen similar to this (which I have purchased & hated). These are perfect!! My second toe is very crooked & leans right into my big toe - with this, it straightens my toes out very nicely. Same with my left foot. I don’t know if I can wear these with shoes on, but I’m going to give it a try. I just might get another pair now that I know how great they are!
