Excellent Crushable Fedora
A great, inexpensive soft wool felt fedora, that does not feel cheap. Hat is very well made. Size is fairly accurate, and being between sizes, I ordered and XL and one piece of hat size tape made it spot on. Hat is warm on cold morning dog walks, and keeps rain off my glasses. The color is a nice darker brown which the black ribbon offsets nicely. All in all, for this price, it's a fine knock around fedora that looks quite classy.

You get what you pay for.
Looks more like a very low-crowned, flat-brimmed cowboy hat than a Fedora. It's not crushable, the brim has a wire sewn into the edge to allow for some very limited shaping, so if you crush it the wire will kink up. I have an Outback style crushable hat that I paid $18 for at Cracker Barrel and it looks 100x better, even when you're not trying to look like Crocodile Dundee. I also have a $5 Goodwill Trilby hat that looks more like a Fedora than this abomination. Overall, it's pretty ugly, not crushable, not really shapeable to any significant degree, and barely resembles anything that I would actually call a Fedora. I've seen some very nice Fedora hats and this one isn't even close. I would send it back, but my wife threw away the box and shipping materials, so it'll just get donated to Goodwill. I wouldn't give it as a gift to anybody I cared about.
