Excellent experience, great value. Very well built, super easy to install, cable is very flexible, it always charges my 2026 Optiq at the max fast 40Amp rate. The customer service team has called twice just to see of i had any questions or needed anything.

This charger was incredibly easy to set up with the phone app. I like the compact and minimalist design as well as the ease of use. By default, you just plug in to charge but it does allow for scheduling and has other settings you can adjust. The default amperage is 48 amps which you can manually lower during installation with the dip switch but you can also easily adjust the amps using a slider on the Home Screen of the app. The only thing I can think of that could be an issue for some is that the status lights on the charger are pretty bright and cannot be dimmed. That's not a problem for me but it might be for some. The ability to dim the status lights would be nice. Overall, it seems well constructed, the holster works well and the 25 foot cable is really useful.

This charger was rated the top ten best EV chargers and this one was rated #1. My electrician said it is top notch quality and safety rated, and he found it easy to install and comes with a 25’ cord for convenient indoor garage charging or outside charging. Amazon also had the best price!

Works well, adjustable amperage. Charges as expected, nice heavy duty cord, easy plug-in and return to holder. The app linked up the first time. Easy to use and keeps track of your approximate costs based on your kilowatts per hour charge in your area.

Great product, bare app but intuitive and reliable, would be nice if can 1 time override scheduled charging if needed by double clicking button on handle when plugged in or through app instead of having to go into charge schedule and select plug& charge which outright disables schedule until you go back into the schedule menu and disable plug&charge and enable scheduled charging. Would be nice for the option for a 1 time bypass then once unplugged, charger reverts to charge schedule.

I had this professionally installed about 4 months ago. The electrician encountered one problem that was quickly resolved after a call to EVIQO help line. In December we had roof panels and 2 power walls installed, and the charger continues to work flawlessly. Our EV now runs on sunshine; gotta love it, no? The hefty 25’ cable is easy to manage and we treat it with care anyway. I have another brand plug-in charger at a separate location with a 20’ cable that requires some innovative parking - makes me glad I chose this model with the extra 5’. The EVIQO phone app works fine, but I do wish it would show me the remaining percentage needed to top-off the battery. If I really need to know that amount, I have to walk out to the garage, open the front car door, and the car dash lights up with the amount remaining. And I thought that’s why God made apps: so we could be lazy and just look at our phone.

I purchased this charger after doing a lot of research. I chose this one because of the features it has in the app. It was extremely easy to set up by myself, connecting it to the app was even easier. It easily delivers 48 amps for fast charging if needed(I keep it at 30amps). I have the schedule set up and it notifies you when it starts charging and when it’s completed. The charger is very high quality and I do recommend it. I opted to buy it over the Tesla charger because of the price and the features.
