Is the handle too high up? I feel like when I pick up my kid the handle is higher up than her head. Is this how other harness are made??

It sounds like you may need to tighten the shoulder straps. The handle does sit pretty high up.

What are the min and max lengths of the strap?

The max length of these isn’t even 6ft. I purchased these because of the seller answering 3-12ft on here and they were longer than other brands. But they are in fact closer to 5ft max length.

is it easy enough for a 12 to 13 year old to use with a smaller child attached ?
