What gague is this luer lock? i need a blunt tip plastic tapered dispensing fill needle, and i need to know what size to buy.

I bought Industrial Dispensing Needles with Luer Lock 14 Ga x 1 Inch Length, Blunt Tip, Screw Interface,Pack of 100 BBTCTY and they seem to fit a wide variety of these smaller syringes, I use 10 to 20 ml sizes. they simply screw on. Not sure there are may different sizes of Luer locks.

how do I know what needle size to purchase for these? What a needle that is long but very thin, to be used to inject plants to kill vine boaring bugs.

The Luer locks are a standard size (base of the needle) while the tips (needle) diameter are variable, and typically color coded. Even large syringes that do not have the bayonet lock will still accept the tips they are just press fit over the syringe tip.

Are these autoclavable?

I have placed them in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes wrapped in foil at 15Lbs pressure and they came out ok.

can you draw liquid from opening of a bottle with syringe without the needle?

You can use this syringe without a tip. The end is just very short and blunt. Be prepared with paper towels, as the excess liquid is likely to be caught in the Luer lock area next to the tip opening.
