What is the list of herbs in the product?

Here are the ingredients: Organic Shavegrass Herb, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Wildcrafted White Oak Bark, Cloves, Wildcrafted Prickly Ash Bark, Wildcrafted Bayberry Bark, Wildcrafted Slippery Elm Bark & Stevia Herb. I wish Amazon would make their vendors list product ingredients. There are usually several other sites on the Internet that sell the same products so I check those if I want an ingredient list before purchasing on Amazon. Swanson Vitamins and Vitacost are two websites that almost always list product ingredients. I hope this helps.

will it be okay if i use this product with toothpaste?

Yes! It is tooth powder - you could mix it with toothpaste or put some on top of the toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush away. You can use it by itself. I read on a Dr. Christopher website that people with gum problems make a paste and pack it around their gums and sleep with it that way and it has helped heal gum problems. I did this with a cavity on the gumline and credit this tooth powder with helping it re-calcify. Another smaller cavity was on a tooth surface and that also has re-calcified. I honestly didn't know this was possible, but it is!

About how many uses will 1 person get out of this 2-oz container?

you only use a scant amount each day I would estimate 1 person would be able to get at least 200 uses out of the 2 oz.

Are you suppose to rinse after brushing?

Not sure if your are suppose to or not.I rarely do. Unless I am just brushing my teeth with it then going out. Then I will rinse. If I am staying in I like to do a good brushing then just leave it. Sometimes I chew some up and leave it in and let it work when I go to bed at nite. If you are into the power of herbs this is good stuff. Especially if you have a bad tooth ache, just chew some into it and leave it. Hope this helps
