This is a very foamy soft mat. The only complaint I would have is that when it is rolled up, it is a bit heavy.

I love this mat. I have a hard tiled floor so this mat is padded enough that it helps. perfect grip. I love the purple color. definitely worth it. i'm really excited its my new favorite mat! haven't done hot yoga yet. so TBD.
