I wear this earpiece for long periods of time 8-16 hours. It’s the best I’ve found for a good balance between rigidity and comfort. The rubber is a bit stiffer than other earpieces designed for the same, so it stays in place a lot better, even when the job gets active. It can start to get a little uncomfortable after many hours, but the softer ones that don’t also don’t stay in my ear well. Sometimes you’ve gotta give up that small bit of comfort for being able to always hear the radio, which doesn’t bother me. It hasn’t given me any rashes or extreme discomfort. And most of the time I forget it’s in. I do wish you got to choose the ear it goes in instead of getting both right and left, but who knows, maybe one of these days I’ll want to switch ears and I’ll be ready to go. It’s a minor complaint, and I can see how it can be beneficial to some, so it’s still 5 stars in my book.

Since this is my first ear insert, I didn't know what size I needed. It was helpful to have three to choose from (the other three are for the other ear). I was able to attach this to my leimaxte headset with no trouble. Sound quality is about the same as the default headset configuration. Unlike the default headset in-ear piece, this one is very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time (I've worn it for a few hours).

Fits comfortably and very lasting. Withstands the job duties of all sorts. Doesn’t fall out when running. I’m very happy with my purchase. Only hiccup I had was not with the product itself. It was just my options. Wish I could have bought a pack of set ear and size. Now all the extras I don’t use, I have to try and trade with coworkers to collect

If you are looking for a more comfortable, better fitting earmold for your radio earpiece, this earmold is perfect! I had an earmold just like this that lasted 4 years and only started ripping apart a couple months ago. The only difference that I don't really like is my first pair were a little more flexible, these ones are a little too stiff but still feels comfortable in the ear. I haven't used them on duty yet, but I'm sure the stiffness will wear off after a while! Either way, I definitely recommend this type of earmold for a better fitting, more comfortable replacement! Bonus to these type of earmolds, they last a long time and you can hear out of both ears, you don't even know it's there!
