This product is great. I struggled with weight loss after having a baby and I tried everything to get lower than 175. I struggled a lot, even with dieting and working out. This product helped me lose the stubborn weight I couldn’t knock off and now I’m under 170. The tea doesn’t have a bad flavor, I drink it hot before bed. I don’t feel as hungry. Also.. make sure if you drink it at night to be ready near a bathroom all morning it clears you out!

These flavors are all delicious. I drink them in 12oz of water with no sugar or honey. Let steep for at least 8 minutes . I leave the bag in my cup to get as much Senna as I can. I drink an hour or 2 before bedtime and by 10am, the following day, I am able to use the bathroom. Nothing urgent or sickly, just a nice normal movement. I highly recommend

I've had great results with using this tea. It taste pretty good too! Very easy just boil water and tea bag. Great value and I do feel it works for weight loss. I've lost a few pounds since using. It helps with metabolism. Can cause a little discomfort but you adjust I would saying after using.

I am a 34 yr old female, 171lbs. I don't take any medication, I'm overall pretty healthy. I eat healthy 80% now. Before I was eating 70% healthy. I exercise 4x a week. Mostly cardio and light resistance. I've had digestive issues ever since I had my son 6 years ago and it's because my diet drastically changed when I was pregnant, I gained 40+ lbs. I ate whatever I wanted, most of it was NOT nutrient dense. I've been trying to clean my act up for years but the first 2 years were tough. I've lost 30 lbs since he was born and have struggled with the last 15lbs. During this time I've had hard stools, irregular bowels, and lots of bloating. The first thing I did was start to add probiotic to my daily consumption, that helped. Now I'm using this tea hoping that it will really flush me out. I got the pineapple flavor. I really enjoy how this tea smells. It smells like sweet pineapple. You can taste the pineapple even before you sip it. But when you sip it, it is a little bitter with the senna and green tea. But you still get pineapple so I appreciate that. I've had it for 4 days. I normally drink it in the morning because I want to know how it will affect me. I steep it for 8+min. On the first day I had some cramping, gas relief, and it sent me to the bathroom a few hours later. It was a normal bowel movement, not lose or watery. The second day, no cramping but it did send me to the bathroom, a little looser this time but not watery. The third day, no cramping and no trips to the bathroom. On the fourth day I went to the bathroom 2x. Both normal but the second one required a little push. So I drank a second tea in the evening. It seems like the dose of Senna is low in this tea so I don't think it is unsafe to drink one every day. What gives me that impression is how it has affected me. Day 3 it didn't send me to the bathroom and I ate the same on all days but it sent me to the bathroom twice on the 4th day. The bloating I was experiencing on a daily basis is diminished, my tummy is a lot flatter than it was. So I will continue to drink it. I'll post again after day 7. Be your own judge. Every BODY is not created equal.

I got the 5 flavor assortment 25 count to try out after hearing great things about it from a friend. All 5 flavors taste great & enjoyable. As some other reviewers mentioned, "Keep in mind everyone reacts to food and drink differently." The results & effects that I experienced are different from my friend's. Be aware that this tea consist Senna leaf - which is laxative & it can help cleaning the bowel before colonoscopy. It is recommended not to use Senna for more than 2 weeks. Make sure you try this when you have nothing planned the next day - in case you get major cramps, running to the bathroom often, & having diarrhea. Not to mention the chances of increased amount of deadly stinky gas you're releasing throughout the day. You will see more drastic results if you have more weight to shed or you're constipated. My friend is closer to obesity range & she lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks. I on the other hand, started with 22.8 BMI - mid normal weight, lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. My bowel movement was already regular & normal 1-3 times/day before I started my experiment with this product. My friend didn't experience any side effect aside from loose stools, but no diarrhea. I, on the other hand.... the first time I tried this tea after my last meal at night, the effect kicked in 2-3 hours later while I was sleeping. I experienced major cramps like never before that woke me up from my deep sleep. I don't even get cramps when I'm on my periods, so that was really painful. I immediately had diarrhea in the middle of the night & a few times the next day. Lost 2 lbs the first day. I was also farting more & let's say those were one of the worst smelling gases I've ever released in my life. Fortunately I have a hot water bottle, so I kept it around me at all times when I get cramps. I could've stopped drinking this tea after my first day experience, but I decided to continue with my experimentation for two weeks. The second time I had it, I was sweating because I was thinking about the cramps I would be having.. Second day of my experiment, I experienced cramps again, but not as intense. Loose stools & diarrhea continued. After 2 weeks, the cramps still there, but they really just come & go & not as painful, although at times all of the sudden it gets bad, but gets better after a run to the bathroom. The whole process makes me have lesser portion when I eat - maybe because my stomach has been feeling funky, so I just don't feel much of an appetite. Two weeks & lost 4 lbs.. I think it's not bad.. I'm just glad that I work remotely, so I can release gas anytime I want without scaring my coworkers - although my dog wasn't happy to be around me for 2 weeks, not to mention the sudden bathroom runs. I would probably take it again before I have colonoscopy in the future or maybe the weekend after the holiday vacation, since I know I won't be having the healthiest meals during that time.
