I purchased this ink replacement a few months ago in order to have a supply available when needed. I learned that the cartridges would not work in my printer (HP) using a Mac. Customer service responded quickly and arranged to expedite shipping a replacement set of cartridges at no additional cost. Assuming everything arrives on time and the new cartridges work as promisesd, I'm happy! Update, Cartridges are working fine now. I'm pleased with the product and Customer service. Still Happy!

Yes!!! Smart Ink, you did it! You not only saved me over $100, you created an ink that’s just as good as the original. I was all set to purchase a printer other than HP due to the cost of their ink. Then I did some research and found that if my printer is an older printer, there was a way to disable “cartridge protection” and for the first time, I was glad I had an older printer. So I went on the hunt for replacement cartridges and came across yours. After multiple printings, I’m so glad I did! I see absolutely no difference in the printing quality and I get more ink for less money. Win! Win! Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price.

I never review items I purchase but wanted to let others know how exceptional the service and product was for me!! My HP printer rejected the cartridges I originally bought and when I called customer service they offered to send me software to over-ride HPs messages of having to use ONLY their product, but it didn’t work for Macs (yet!!! They are working on it), so they sent me all new “compatible “ cartridges (at no charge) practically overnight so I wouldn’t have to reorder new ones. The replacements arrived very fast (even despite the fact that I live in Hawaii!!) and work great - same quality as HP products! Customer service (*Andrew) was extremely helpful, friendly, fast and followed up ensure I received the items and was happy with them! They truly made my life easier, which is almost impossible to say about dealing with most companies theses day!!! Thank you Andrew!!!

I decided to try this product after seeing the huge price difference between the HP product and this one. I am extremely pleased to say that the product and customer service are awesome. I have a HP-8710 so ordered the 952-XL package. The original cartridges gave me problems "not communicating with printer" due to HP updating there software to not recognizing other brands. However, I texted with the customer service rep and they sent be a whole new package of cartridges with updated chips, the package arrived in 2 days and the cartridges work perfectly. I am happy to recommend this product and the customer service for the SmartInk brand!

Great price and most of the cartridges work, except for yellow. That cartridge will not work at all. The seller reached out to me and addressed the defective cartridge!

Update: the company refunded me and also sent a new set of ink! They went above and beyond for sure! I was very surprised and pleased. Would recommend! Thank you Smart Ink! My Original Review: cyan ink was defective and did not work in my printer. Probably poorly manufactured. Will not buy from this company again. Gave a "supply" problem on hp 8710 and another ink cartridge worked just fine. So must have been defective on company part.
