Got nervous the light bulbs (2) weren’t there but they were! The packaging was just extra cushion and protected. The dimming is great, cool to bright. It was actually a little heavier than expected. Looks glamorous in a dim room, it’s sturdy and stable. Another must if shopping for this kind of lamp. I really like the extra care in the packaging for the very fast shipping. Stands up straight and looks beautiful.

I bought this as a gift, but then found out that someone else had too. It has a nice, soft light that has three variations of intensity. It's super easy to put together and has a good length of cord. It doesn't have any smell or any particular texture to it. The color is exactly as shown. The size is good. I didn't notice any real shift in the enrgy of the room I was in, but it clearly has some residual ion changing properties. It had a sturdy base and seemed to function easily. The switch for the light strength is in the cord and easy to use. It can be quite bright. I thought it would only be a dull light. It's heavier than I thought too. but all in all, it's great. Well worth the price.

The lamp arrived quickly and was not delayed. It was inexpensive but still is a quality item. Came with two bulbs, the base, and the salt body. I got this item for the purpose of having a modest light source at night that was soothing and kinda cool looking (in my opinion). It's not very big and takes up minimal space. It's about the same size as a 32 ounce water bottle. The chord isn't very long so your range is limited to where you can plug it in. I can't speak to the alleged health benefits because I have no way of gauging the improvements. The bulbs are clear so the light emitted at full brightness is lighter or white as some reviewers stated. That should be expected. The bulbs can be swapped so if you'd like you can get different color bulbs. The lamp creates a nice ambience at night. Relaxing and not really bright. Lighting up your home like Times Square is a horrible way to try to wind down at the end of the day and attempt to get a good night sleep. I have a newborn son and it's soothing to him while I rock him to sleep. It's helpful at night so I don't have to turn on a very bright light to feed my son or walk around in the dark. Even the lightest setting emits enough light to provide visibility. Think of it as somewhere between a night light and a lamp. I work nights and it's become part of my routine when I get home to wind down before bed. Im very happy with the purchase and the price is very reasonable. It's a nice lamp so if you need light just buy it and stop being cheap! Haha Enjoy!

Perfect nightlight for my kids - they love the look, adjustable light setting that is easy for my 6 and 7 year olds to do, it's heavy enough that they won't pick it up and move it around, and a great size. Aesthetically its great, gives a calming color/hue and initially utilized it in my own room. We've had ours for years with no problems with the light setting. It is a rock salt lamp so there is sometimes salt on the table it sits on if you move it around/touch it frequently but other than that we have one in almost every room!

I’ve owned many salt lamps before and I was hesitant to buy on Amazon because each salt crystal looks a bit different. In store, I would open boxes to look at the crystals because sometimes they can appear dirty or white or brown instead of pink. I decided to take a chance online since I haven’t seen any in stores lately and I was happy to receive one that met my expectations. Its the right size, the right color and has a beautiful clarity. The light mechanism and dimmer work without issue and it makes a wonderful soft night light for my son. My only complaint is that the dimmer switch doesn’t let me turn it as low as my other salt lamp does, so I docked a star. Its important for me to have it dim as low as possible because we share a room with our five year old and I’m also due to have a baby in November, so having the light dim as possible so I can tend to my baby or comfort my son without disturbing my husband is important to me. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this purchase and FYI to those new to salt lamps, if you live somewhere humid, make sure to keep the salt lamp’s light on, even if its very dim, to keep it warm. Keeping it warm prevents the crystal from absorbing any water molecules in the air and essentially melting your lamp. My sister had a salt lamp next to an open window all summer in humid Long Island, NY and rarely ran the A/C. It began to degrade and the crystals that melted washed up on the wooden base and started to re crystalize there in clumps. That’s why I always make sure to leave mine on.

I have several of these salt lamps in different rooms in my house and I keep them on all the time. The light adds a little something special to each room. It's not too bright even at it highest level. The light almost looks like a beautiful sky does at night. The base is solid and it comes with an extra bulb. It doesn't make any noise and the dimmer isn't that far away on the cord from the base itself. It serves better than a nightlight as it's not an in your face brightness. It gives a calming affect. It's not too big and not too small.

This is exactly what I was expecting. It's a pretty hunk of rock with a light bulb inside. There were two light bulbs included in the package, and they were very well surrounded by foam. I read that these are not good for pets because pets have a tendency to lick them for the salt. I actually licked mine and it does indeed taste like salt! (I had to put it out of the usual path of our pets.) It seems sits, sturdy and strong. The base holds it quite well, so you know it's not going to fall over and it also won't get knocked over easily. It has a nice weight when you pick it up, and the height is around 7 in. It goes really well on a nightstand, or is a small light on a dresser to create a bit of mood. This is a great value for the money, and I expect that I'm going to use it for a long time.
