Bought this for travelling. Fits perfectly above my laptop into the top of the front section of the Samsonite Pro 4 DLX Mobile Office so hardly takes up any space. I am now using it at home in addition to Physical Therapy and just love the results. I personally prefer it to the 6" rollers and am currently looking for a 36 x 4. Apparently these rollers only last 6 months so purchasing another as a backup. Cannot imagine life without it. I find it works really well for my lower back and find it easier to roll all the way down my butt. The travel version is also great if you have tight muscles in your neck as you can put it between your neck and the wall and press against it to release the muscle. I tried this after finding that it worked for sciatica by once again placing it between the wall and my waist and moving down.

For me, too stiff and hard for use as a back roller (i.e. it hurts ...). It would be appropriate for calves, IT bands, hamstrings. I was trying to find a roller that would be good for travel. Size and weight wise it hit the mark, just to hard/stiff for my purposes.

This was much easier to travel with than the larger ones. I had a softer one that became even softer and did not allow any support as I rolled on it. This one is supportive and much better when I use it for my back. A squishy one is not effective to stretch or soften my back muscles.

I use this to arch my back about 20 minutes in the morning and any time during the day that I need it. It's the perfect size for this type of stretch.

This foam roller was much more firm than I was expecting, not comfortable under the neck.

This roller is great. Black one is more dense than the yellow one.Small size makes it easy to take on trips and light weight. The diameter is smaller than typical foam roller.

Nice supplement to my collection. Having multiple rollers makes it easier for me to do floor-based work, and having multiple sizes lets me attend to more body areas. Good price!

Previous one I had bought was excellent. This one seems to have been less quality. Can’t hold my weight
