Pros: 1. Immune Boosting Ingredients Great for daily immune support and energy. 2. Convenient Single‑Serve Packets Individually wrapped. Easy to toss in a bag, travel pouch, or lunchbox. Just mix with 4–6 oz of water—no measuring necessary. 3. Great‑Tasting Flavor The Super Orange flavor is pleasantly tangy and not overly sweet. It dissolves quickly with minimal fizz—refreshing after workouts or during hot days. 4. Good Value for Quantity 90 packets (a 3‑month supply) go for about $28–$60 depending on retailer . Works out to roughly $0.30–$0.67 per serving, which is competitive for a reputable brand. Cons: 1. High Sugar Content & Sweeteners Uses natural sweeteners, but sugar content isn’t labeled clearly. Those monitoring sugar/calorie intake might want to examine the nutritional label closely—this isn't a zero‑sugar supplement. 2. Powder Texture While most dissolve easily, I noticed a slight graininess if not stirred thoroughly. A quick stir remedy—just something to be aware of. 3. Bulk Packaging The carton takes up pantry space—if you're counter or drawer-limited, you might prefer smaller packs or jars. 4. Not a Cure-All Emergen‑C supports immune health but isn't a replacement for medical care. It's a supplement, not medicine. Pro Tips: Drink soon after mixing to enjoy the full fizz. Great midday pick-me-up or post-workout rehydration addition. Avoid mixing with very hot water to preserve vitamin potence.

I used to use these much more often, when working in an office around a lot of people coming in sick, and when traveling. These come in many flavors, make a tasty drink, are great for people who don't like taking pills for vitamins, and are great to boost your immunity & help ensure you are getting the proper nutrition your body needs. It is a great way to add some extra vitamin C into your diet.

The 90 packs are a great value. The Super Orange flavor is not as strong as I remember, but still a yummy way to get your vitamin c during cold and flu season. The 90 pack is literally a box of 3 30 packs, making it easy to store and use.

I have been using this product for years. It's a great value for the price. I mix it with juice, Gatorade (any flavor) and/or water (any combination up to 20 oz), and it gives a boost to my energy level. Additionally, I've used it for years during cold and flu season, and I find it effective in keeping me not only hydrated but pretty healthy. It's a staple in our household and it tastes pretty good as well. Always in my kitchen.
