Q: Is this brand as good as witz?

NOPE. I've had a Witz case for over 20 years. I've used it for SCUBA diving and to carry my various ID Cards to work daily. The only reason I wanted to replace it is it is finally getting discolored. So I bought these since they were cheaper and it was a pack of 6 that I could pass out to friends. Under a year (purchased in Nov 2021) and 2 of them have already broken at the hinge. I won't be purchasing them again. Back to good old reliable Witz!

Q: How many cards does this hold? I’m looking for something to hold kids school lunch cards to easily carry and easy to return to class teacher.

That all depends on how thick the cards are. The case holds cards that are a maximum of 2 1/4" × 3 1/2". I have about 10 cards as thick as a driver's license in mine.

Q: Dimensions in description are inconsistent. What are the 3 dimensions in inches?

2 3/8" length, 1/2" wide, 3 3/4" high. this is the outside dimensions of the box. It holds 6 to7 credit card size cards.

Q: Is the metal rust resistant? And everything else saltwater resistant?

I don't know about the saltwater, but I wear my badge holder under my shirt everyday, 6 days a week, and I have no problem with rust.
