How strong do the magnets stick?

Not strong at all! In fact, there was no stick! The board was not magnetic and I was very disappointed!

Are there holes or spaces on the back to hang the board on screws or "S" hooks?

There are holes in the corners and they send screws but I just used nails to hang it. It is very nice and hangs securely in all four corners

Is the pen tray removable?

It is removable. You can locate it anywhere along the bottom of the board.

以前、量販店で安物を購入して使っていたがペラペラあまりにも安っぽいので買い直しました、来たら包装は読めない漢字ばっかし、アッ中国かと思ったのですが中身は頑丈そのもの、それぞれの部品の作りがしっかりしている(何しろ裏板。鉄板だし)ちょっとやそっとじゃ凹まない安心感あります、現役ですひと言・・一寸重いかな?
