I thought I lost out on a chance to get more of these, since it was taken off my list after a few years. Glad to find it once again. Pro: Support my 3.25-in Doc Johnson pump's width. Most are designed to go up only 2.75-in. The package I got indicated it's only 3.0-in support base diameter, while the description indicated 3.25 with printed images as well. Either case, it actually support up to 3.25-in overall. Anything larger, that's a no-go. If you're using extenders, this is godsent. Why? It also acts as a perfect supporting cushion base. How many used extender just to scream about the pain the hard plastic base hurts. This acts as a perfect cushion for any angle using with the extender, and provides 90-degree support during night time assist while sleeping on your back. The thickness is awesome. Many other soft PTE and silicone donuts and cushions don't have the thickness I was looking for when this wasn't around. The thickness of this unit provided so much comfort on so many different level, while lasting quite a long time. One of my older one, although discolored, lasted over 8 years of usages at such a great price. The last one that I got was $15, and this is even cheaper. Didn't hesitate in purchase multiple unit. Suction assist is extreme, either or grooming or non-grooming (as long as you don't have too much on the penile shaft. Once enough pressure (around 5-inHg) creates a pressure between the skin and the inner wall of the unit, you're golden. No leak of any kind. Con: Just one..the inner diameter. 1.5-in is not a whole lot during penile expansion. It's great in creating constriction required for an air tight, but holy molly, it strangles your manhood when your manhood is already beyond 1.5-in or more, and expanding larger during the routines. If there's an option for an inner 1.5-in to 2.0-in, that will be a perfect gift for any endowed man trying to turn into a demonic stallion.

My pump’s diameter is a 2.25 inch with a pronounced flange and this product fits it like a glove. Obviously there are many different cylinders out there, but mine is a flat (blueish to black) top one. The product requires a bit of mild stretching to get it into place, but trust me, it’s well worth the effort. Been pumping for decades, and why this product hasn’t been available sooner, blows my mind. This product is quintessential if you have a pump. My personal base diameter is around 2”. Without this sleeve, I feel uncomfortable pressure around the base after a few minutes, but not with this sleeve. This is 100% comfort! Obviously we come in all shapes and sizes (to start), but just trying to shed some light on an absolute excellent product. Seriously, if you are pumping without this, you are missing out on comfort. I only wish I could give the product a 10 out of 5. Yeah…it’s that good!

This product claims to include a one-year warranty, but the warranty is essentially useless. To file a claim, you must ship the defective item back to the company, and the return shipping alone costs over $20. A brand-new replacement costs less than the return shipping, which makes the warranty nothing more than a marketing gimmick. This is extremely misleading to consumers. A warranty should protect the customer—not force them to spend more money than the product is worth just to receive a replacement. I’m disappointed and frustrated, and others should be aware of this.

My first pump was a Doc Johnson Trigger Pump that my urologist recommended, it was excellent. But over time the trigger broke, and then a few weeks ago, the cylinder sleeve split. Sadly they do not make that model any longer. But I kept the cylinder, bought a new bulb handle and after a lot of research, purchased this cylinder sleeve. This sleeve is different than what I used to have, much thicker and much less soft. With a little lube it does a good job and I have to say, it is better at preventing your testicles from being sucked up into the cylinder. I have a 2.5" diameter pump so this fits well, but I cannot imagine using it with a wider pump. This sleeve, being very thick and rigid, doesn't stretch that easily. I would only get this if you have a 2.25" - 2.75" diameter pump. The opening of the sleeve is also 1.25", which might initially be too wide for some and not wide enough for others. Overall though, this is working but just isn't as comfortable as the soft silicone sleeve I had before. I wish I could find another just like it but there does not seem to be anything similar out there. I'm still searching though.

The long sleeve on the inside defeats the purpose of using a cylinder. The penis cannot expand. Totally useless.

At first I was surprised at how thick it is. Most gaskets are thin. It’s a little tight for me since I have a 6 inch circumference. But, it’s very comfortable. The thickness serves as a nice padding. Also it doesn’t suck up other parts into the cylinder. 9/10

I've used this product for the last 2-3 years with a 2.5" wide pump cylinder. The first sleeve I ordered I had to return immediately as it had a tear in it. The second one I received lasted until very recently so I got a lot of use from it. This time I ordered two just to be safe and they both arrived in excellent condition. Over time I found the product to lose its shape and begin to tear. Everything wears out sooner or later and I feel I got my full value from it long before it stopped working for me. It will be a tight fit for most men, even flaccid I would think, so lube the sleeve and your penis. The opening is small but it stretches as you grow. Once I have reached the point where I am packing the tube side to side pretty well I take the pump sleeve off and just pump with the tube. The pump sleeve provides great padding while I am using it. It would be nice to have a pump sleeve with a 2" opening and less material between the cylinder and your penis but until that happens, this will do nicely.

This Is The sleeve to use with Penis Pumps that come with those tiny holes cheaply made black covers. Fits properly and the hole is large enough to allow entry And suction. Wish there was a size with a tad larger hole but this is one of the best options. There's a similar sleeve sold by same manufacturer that is Too big and does NOT fit on the lip of the pump.

Did not fit my 3" pump like it says it should. Cant return, very frustrated. My pump is the same brand and everything it should've fit. But it doesn't.
