Awful experience. I saw all the bad reviews and still took a chance bc my husband really wanted one of these. I bought it for Christmas. Mind you, there was no option to pick a used one. So , assuming it was a brand new device for the price, I still ordered. Upon opening the package, you could clearly tell by how beat up the box was, & the state of the device itself, this was not a brand new unit. There was no screen protector, the screen was scratched, etc Still charged it & once he opened it on Christmas, he turned it on, played a game for maybe 10 mins before the screen went black. So he charged it some more. The next day, it turned on, he picked a game to play but instead of the game opening, the screen went black again. If you hit the back button, the title to the game appears, then the screen turns black again and you Cannot do anything further. Researched on google for answers, looked on youtube for videos or help. Message customer service for help. Nothing worked. Tried a bunch of different things. Nothing. So I msg customer service again, they direct us to the seller. The seller says the SD card is bad. How is the SD card bad if this was a new unit?? I just returned it today. Felt pretty bad sending it back because this seller WILL REPLACE THE SD AND RESELL THIS AS A NEW UNIT! THEY DID IT TO US! IT'S DECEITFUL AND FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS LISTING. THESE UNITS ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT NEW! REPORTED TO AMAZON BUT THAT PROBABLY WON'T CHANGE ANYTHING. Returned before taking photos of this p.o.s. otherwise, I'd upload the video I have but the app is taking way too long to upload & do not have the patience to wait for it not to work bc it keeps saying retry, go figure! O stars if I cld. Do not recommend! It's a waste of money. Then time & gas to return!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I opened it up charged it and it never worked. It powers on for 5 seconds then shuts off. What a rip off , stay away.

Cheap and doesn't work. First one would freeze at the boot screen. Second one all the games seemed to crash after a couple minutes. Save your money. Garbage.

Counsole was dead arrival and obviously returned prior by another customer. Stuck in a boot loop and also has weird vertical lines down the display sometimes while stuck in the boot loop. The quality of the construction also feels very cheap. Was not able to play one game. Price increase by $10 the day I received this item.

It broke the second day, nothing but a black screen. I also had to purchase a new SD card because the one it came with broke as well.
