Q: The spout cup I received doesn't have a hole or slit in it. Is that a defective piece? Otherwise how liquid would come out of it?

Phillips has always been my 1st choice for feeding bottles for my 2 yr old but the description of this bottle is not presice. This bottle doesnt hold 260ml liquid, max it can hold is 220ml even when filled till brim.
