This is the first probiotic supplement that has given me real, lasting change. I used to have chronic bloating everyday day to the point where I couldn’t wear anything without an elasticated waistband,now I can wear jeans and be comfortable all day, they are that effective. They are on the more expensive side but for the difference it make to my health hand physical comfort, worth every penny. Tablets are well-made and easy to swallow. Every body is different but from someone who has tried everything, if you’re on the fence then give them a go!

16 years ago I fell off my bicycle and broke my stomach off my intestine and had surgery to repair. I’ve struggled with gut health since, especially when stressed. Last year I did the Zoe app thing and the stool sample results confirmed I had terrible gut health - despite a healthy diet. I was following all the food tips but still struggling (wind, soft stools, burping). I bought these symbiotic supplements 1.5 months ago and me and my partner have been taking them. I’ve noticed I’m not so windy now, I’m fuller for longer, my stools are healthier and then I noticed that my athletes foot had gone. I asked my partner how his athletes foot was and he said his has gone! This is something neither of us expected and we think our toenail fungus is improving too (needs more time to grow out). Highly recommend these and I've recommended them already to several people I know.I've always had a troublesome stomach. Last year I felt so unwell I didn't want to go on holiday - 2 days after taking these I started to feel relief. I took them for quite some time with great results. I stopped taking them for a while but have begun again after developing a skin condition - now working on my gut health.From someone that can have a reaction from anything I had no bad symptoms.Easy to swallow, no taste. I pop a pill in my mouth, tilt my head FORWARD (pill goes to the back of the mouth) and swallow and they go straight down. That pill swallowing technique has changed my life. Smaller than some capsules, very manageable.Worth the price and cannot recommend enough.

You can overdose on these!!! Made me a bit lightheaded after doing the 3 tablets for 5 days. Knocked it down to one or two a day and now just when I know my body needs a bit of help and healing.This one does not make me bloated like other brands do
