Is this one huge section or are they in individual rows?

hello, there are 2 huge sections which can easily be cut with scissors or separated if you want to. I cut it a few times and stretched it over several sections of trees. Hope this helps have a happy healthy Halloween.

Yes, glows exceptionally well under blacklight.

Do these webs hold up well in bad weather.... rain, quite windy, maybe a little snow?

How many packs should I order to decorate the front of a house?

It stretches out pretty well, if you take your time. I made mine look more realistic, so I carefully stretched it out thin but noticable. I ordered one and it covered my front yard. It was also easy to clean up afterwards.
