Can I use this with a bucket of water instead of a faucet?

You need to attach a hose to the hose given so the water can mist out. A bucket of water will not work.

How long is the tubing to connect the fan to the faucet?

Can I buy replacement misters?

I’m sure you can but they are super easy to remove and clean. And they’re brass.
