The steel or sand weighted are included ??

Just purchased them. The weight pouches are definitely attracted to magnets--I tried each pouch (10) and they all clung to magnets. So there is definitely steel, iron, or some other ferrous metal in the pouches. I cannot see how sand would ever be attracted to magnets, unless it is a form of ironsand, which seems unlikely. Perhaps the Sportneer dealer could explain this.

My wrist is 5 1/2”. Ankle is 8”. Is this a good set for me or do you have a better set? Want 2.5-5 lbs each.

I have very small wrists and ankles also. They stay in place for the most part on my ankles when I do exercises that raise my legs in the air. However, on the wrists when you raise they go all the way up my arm. Otherwise, I love that you can add extra pounds to the structure instead of having multiple weights in different sizes. I do not regret purchasing these at all. Hope this helps!
