Great Dish Drainer!
I received my dish rack a month ago and so far I am very pleased with it. It was packaged very well in a cardboard box with everything bubble wrapped and taped together so I had no worries about anything being broken. I washed it all before assembling it just for safety's sake and found no chips, cracks, or defects. Once dried, I was able to put it together without any issues. There is a huge, page length diagram which is very simple and easy to understand, that shows how to assemble this dish rack. As long as you aren't rushing and/or trying to force it, this rack's pieces all slide and snap into place quite easily. There was no rust on it, as it's brand new; however, I will try to remember to come back to this review at a later time and update it if rust starts to show up. I went with this dish rack, despite its' high price point, simply because of its' size. It is next to impossible to find a decently large dish rack and I figured this way even if the top does eventually break off (not that I expect it to) that the bottom is still completely usable and is as large as my old Rubbermaid dish rack. Also, I like having the additional little rack for the cutting board, and getting the 2 types of draining boards so I can choose how to deal with drips was a bonus! Possible Cons: For me, the silverware holder is way too huge, but if you have a large family, maybe that would be handy. It also is a bit awkward to deal with as you either have to navigate over it to put the dishes in the bottom part (if you snap it to the front) or drip on everything getting the silverware to the back (if you snap it to the back). If you set up your dish rack in a different way (mine is on my counter lengthwise so I can use the drainboard tray), maybe you can avoid this problem. I thought I wouldn't use the knife holder, as I wash, dry, and return my knives to their block immediately after use; but, I've ended up using it for my butter knives and it works great. Also, if you're the type of person who leaves your knives in the dish drainer, I can see how it would be handy to have a separate place for them for safety reasons. The one thing I have not ended up using are the cup clips, it's probably just because I'm not used to that style of cup drying device, but I just don't feel like they have enough room for the cups to really sit down in there and be held down by gravity, it feels like they are wedged in and like they might pop back off, so I just don't use them. To be fair, this has never happened, it's just how I feel. I should also mention, if you are like me and have square bowls, they are not going to work with the bowl rack in the bottom portion of the drainer; if you have round bowls it should be fine. My square plates and bowls fit perfectly fine in the top portion though, so no harm done. The little mat that is included to put under the dish rack is only okay, it's free so it's fine, but I will probably replace it with a better, thicker one eventually. Overall: I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Spectacular, superb, well thought design, rust proof, robust. Best in class.
Sometimes you can just tell when a company designs a product not just to be competitive but to establish themselves at the top of the market. This dish rack is fantastic and fits that category. We used to switch between those cheap slim Rubbermaid plastic dish racks (ended up breaking eventually and forcing us to buy a new one yearly) or the (also cheap) metal ones that would rust and look disgusting after months of use. We decided instead to be smarter and spend a little more on a quality dish rack that would serve us for years. Well, I researched deeply and decided to go for a premium looking stainless steel version, compared all the options and price ranges, discarded poorly designed ones (Looking at you, simplehuman's overpriced gigantic-yet-only-one-level rack) and settled for this one. The product is even better than it already looks on the pictures. The build quality is superb, this is thick stainless steel and not one of those thin options that will bend with heavy dishes or pots. The plastic pieces are robust as well and feel like they can take a beating, this isn't your "Replace it yearly if you have a large family" dish rack. It's big and can fit a great amount of dishes, but since it doesn't have unnecesary plastic parts or cumbersome design, plus the spectacular modular (and top shelf) approach allows you to rebuild this to fit your need and space. Pretty much everything can be removed or rearranged, the top shelf, the knives or utensil holders can be removed or placed wherever it suits you and it comes with 2 drain boards and a thick microfiber. Right now we are using everything that came with it, but we'll probably remove the cutting board attachment since we don't use that much and could make room to place more cup holders there. Forgot to mention, as you can tell from the pictures, this dish rack has a beautiful design and will definitely get some looks by kitchen trespassers. I will update the review in the future if anything arrises, but the build quality and design alone tells me this will take a beating for years. Now I only need to bug premiumracks often so they'll start selling their cup attachments on amazon as well.

My daughter has a small apartment with little counter space. We did purchase an "eco" friendly dish drain\rack which was a piece of junk. The pieces fell apart, I had to call customer service for this other company 4 times, and finally they quit answering me! We saw this one and it is fantastic!!! I would recommend it to everyone!!

Overall, it's a good product. Adequate materials, highly customizable. A bit of the pricey side, but better than many other products.
