Itchy scalp can be due to any number of reasons. If you are asking whether the shampoo is stop hair fall problem, I do not know. The way I use it, added a few drops of therapeutic grade Tea Tree and Lemon essential oil, and this has helped me with my dandruff problems. I do not know about hair fall, because I have not experienced it. For me this shampoo is working fine.

Actually before u use chemical shampoos suddenly transfer to aurvedic shampoo some times dull hair fall will happen .But no worry it is best anti dandruff shampoo .U feel better than other shampoos in this category.
