Delivery was real quick . Nice display for food . Unfortunately it came without one handle on one of the dishes and upon inquiring I was told to return the whole package. Very disappointed as it takes a lot of work to assemble. Why can’t they just send me a handle ? Not stable when loaded with water and food . Leaves watermarks after cleaning.

These are actually pretty decent. I suspect professional grade Chafers will be made from thicker stainless steel to withstand the rigors of commercial life but for household parties these were perfect. Kept my mash, chicken thighs, rice and mac & cheese warm for hours. Easy to put together. Good options with both large and small tray inserts and sturdy enough for the intended use.

I purchased these last year, and they are of good quality. One shaffing dish was an incomplete set but the seller was very prompt in responding to our inquiries. They have given us another full set, and I am very pleased. Well done to the seller.
