ABOUT THE PRODUCT - It's GM make with mere 0.5W, sleek, white coloured, 2 pin adapter night lamp which throws BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT. BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT works fine for a room which is too spacious so covering almost entire room. Is too bright for a room/space smaller in size. It hits in the eye while sleeping. Please note it substitutes and serves the purpose of foot lamp but not many people have power connection at the floor level of the space/room and so it's bright light hits in the eye when placed next to switchboard. The "blue strip" in the night lamp is "convex shaped" thus throwing light down n then reflecting upwards (indirect light). Night lamp is light in weight and very fragile - one fall from a "short height" and my stopped working so had to purchase another one. Wish it was sturdy. Travel-friendly for sure. Have used them in night train journeys and out station trips as well. It does not attract mosquitos. So no worries if using for LO's or just born babies. Night lamp was of great help when my baby was just a month old and I used to switch and leave the room while the baby was asleep. Best solution for senior citizens as well. PS - To curb the brightness in smaller spaces we used to block the night lamp with the help of a pen stand or book or so. But leaving a decent space between the object and night lamp. Such that in case of sparks or so nothing is damaged. **To the makers - Kindly Include the levels of light intensity from bright to dim such that it serves the purpose of many and Sturdy please !!

I have repeatedly purchased this item 3 times for self and gifting. So bright with. The angle of light is such a way you can focus 45 degree upward or down ward. The color also so nice. The cost is also very much less to its beautiful and sturdy make. Very good. If you want to reduce brightness you can paste a paper partially blocking the light. Even in living hall if you fix it no need of another light just to reach for water bottle from table. While watching TV in night if this light is on in the TV room will reduce you eye strain.
