Is it made. in usa? if not i won't buy it

Hi. This hat is not made in USA. Condor Outdoor hats are imported (mostly). However, some of the camouflage hats like this and ATACS and MULTICAM and KRYPTEK, have materials Made in USA and then sewn in China, etc.

Is there Velcro or a buckle for adjustment?

It's hook & loop. Don't want the Velcro lawyers to shut Amazon down :D

Is the front of this hat stiff or soft and is the front made of 100% cotton. Thanks!

I suppose it depends on what stiff is to you. It's rigid like a trucker hat but it isn't soft like one. Think duck pants. As for the makeup of it it's 50% nylon 50% cotton 100% polyester.

Is this hat shallow like the oakley mk1 mod 0 cap? since that hat was discontinued i am desperately seeking a similar shallow / low profile hat.

I'm not familiar with the Oakley mk1 mod 0, so I can't make a direct comparison. However it is a shallower/low profile hat as that is also my preferred fit. My ear protection also fits comfortably on top.m Hope this helped.
