I like the headset. The sound is nice. So far so good

This replaced a headset/mic combo I have used and liked for years, but had quality issues. This headset was only slightly more expensive but was a big upgrade in quality. Having the volume control and mute buttons on the cord are quite handy. The headset and cords are sturdy sturdy and the sound quality is quite good for the price. Using the controller does take up a USB port on your PC/laptop so be aware of that. It worked immediately on installation with no issues (Windows 11). The only drawback is that they're pretty snug - good for sound isolation but can they get a little uncomfortable over a couple of hours. However, I expect they'll loosen up a bit over time. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this headset. I decided to take a chance and purchase it because most of the reviews were positive. And I must say, I am glad I did. The headset is a great quality for the price. It keeps out most of the background noise so I can talk comfortably in a loud office. The microphone quality is great. I can hear callers crystal clear and they hear me crystal clear too. It’s very lightweight. And I often take my headphones on and off throughout the day so I don’t have any issue with it hurting my ears. This is great quality, for a great price and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase again.

The only problem is while speaking on a call it sounds like you're deaf. Muffled. Makes you wonder if the person can hear you. You can't tell if the call is connected. You can't hear yourself.

So a couple of months ago ( end of Nov) the seller reached out to me and offered to send me another headset on the company and I accepted, so far they are working great as they always had. Great customer service and extremely friendly.. Recommend this seller 100 percent!! I really loved this headset, they had great sound and worked amazing but only lasted a little over a month. I received them Oct 8th 2024 and it is now Nov 24th 2024 and the microphone has stopped working and sadly the window closed to return on Nov 12th :( Off to buy a new pair of headphones.

I bought these headphones because I needed something comfortable with a good microphone for my video calls, and they really impressed me. The sound is clear, the mic reduces background noise well, and the inline controls are very convenient. They’re lightweight and comfortable for long use. Great quality for the price — highly recommended!

Only thing is it makes my ears warm but other than that it's very good

Great headset! I use it both for work and leisure when watching videos. I like the comfort of the ears as well as the sound quality. Very clear on both ends, when listening and speaking. The person on the other end hears me clearly. I also like that fact that it comes in an easily storable box where I can slip it back in when not in use.

O produto é muito bom, som dele para ouvir música é ótimo como também a captação do microfone é excelente. Você também quase não ouve o barulho do ambiente externo, devido o fone ser fechado, só a questão do conforto que não é tão agradável para ficar com ele o dia todo, pois, dependendo do jeito que coloca o fone, machuca as orelhas, mas acredito que após um tempo de uso, deve melhorar. Caso esteja procurando um fone de baixo custo para trabalho home office, com certeza indicaria este fone, porém, se você esta procurando um fone para game, eu não indico.
