Do these lights require batteries in a few months or years when they stop working?

Mine lasted a couple of years and I found that it was cheaper to buy new lights than trying to find these specialized batteries

Can u mount these with tape? Really don't want to screw anything into my new vinyl fence

Yes. We used double sided mounting Gorilla Tape. Can buy almost everywhere. We mounted solar lights under our windows on stucko finish using gorilla tape. And on hardy board siding, and stone. Different led solar lights. Some had 72 leds and were large, others only 32 or 45 leds. They have been mounted for 4 years and still work and still on tight. We recently replaced 2 of the smaller solar lights that stay on dim & go bright w motion along our sidewalk under 2 windows. The Gorilla Tape did not harm the stucko or paint. Just pulled on each end and stretched it until it came off. I used 2 long strips of tape on each light to mount them, placing the tape horizontally. About and inch from to or bottom. And 2/3 length

Will this solar lights can be charged with 3 hour of sunshine and then indirect sunshine?

It will charge even on cloudy days.

What are the mha of the batteries? what is the charge time?

Hello, the battery is 2600mah and it needs charging 8-10 hours in direct sunlight.
