Q: Why don't they package this blush so it doesn't arrive broken up beyond use? I had to throw mine away.

My blush arrived intact; just had no brush.

Q: Manufactured date on listing shows 2019 on photo. Will the one I receive be a new 2023 blush?

There is a 2019 on my blush container, but I believe it is a copyright date, not a manufacturing date.
