Will a 250ml tin be enough to paint a chest of drawers and a table?

How big is your chest draw. I used it on my 2 doors both front and back and was enough. Hope that helps

Can I varnish over the top of this paint

I would, it's a thick one coat paint, it has been through this hot summer, and looks no different to the day I applied it, my neighbour varnished hers, it look good
