Week 3 of using creatine for the first time. A body builder friend recommended gorilla mind supplements. I'm almost 40. I noticed a difference on the first day and I didn't even go through a loading phase. I've been religiously using 5g each day in 12oz water first thing in the morning. I've hit squat, bench and deadlift PRs in these 3 weeks. The focus I've felt these 3 weeks is incredible. The focus typically lasts about 12 hours and gets me through my work day. I've been productive, active and energetic. As a first time user, I wish I'd found this earlier.

This Creatine Monohydrate is practically tasteless, which makes it easy to mix into drinks. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Not bad for the price and a solid addition to any workout routine. Only complaint: The scooper sucks. It's on the long side so it can be a chore to make it stay inside the container.
